If you would like to cancel your application, please contact us and provide your order information. Providing your cancellation request is submitted within 14 days of placing your order, a full refund will be provided and all data relating to your order will be destroyed. If a cancellation request is made after your application has already been processed with the DVLA, we may or may not provide a partial refund on our service fee at our own discretion.
After receiving your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your request to process your return.

WHAT HAPPEN TO MY DATA AFTER CANCELLATION?
Once a cancellation has been successfully completed, all application data is removed from our database within 72 hours. We never share data with any third party other than the DVLA and the UK passport office.
