What we process
- Searches & verifications — queries are logged in anonymised form for security and statistics; we do not store the searcher's identity.
- Report requests — when you request a certificate by email or post, we store the name, contact details and address you provide solely to fulfil delivery.
- Monitoring subscriptions — if you opt in, we store your email to alert you to status changes; you may unsubscribe at any time.
Legal basis & security
Processing is performed in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Connections are encrypted to TLS 1.3. We retain data only as long as necessary for the stated purpose.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, via our data-request form.
